The rules for using vulcantech.co. Client projects are governed by their own signed agreements.
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of vulcantech.co (the "site"), operated by Vulcan Tech, with registered offices at 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom ("VulcanTech", "we", "us"). By using the site you accept these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
These terms cover the website only. Software development, consulting and support services are governed by the separate proposal, statement of work or master services agreement signed with each client.
2. Using the site
You may browse the site and share links to it for lawful, non-commercial purposes. You must not:
- use the site in any way that breaks the law or infringes anyone's rights;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or any connected system;
- introduce malware, or run automated scraping, load testing or security scanning against the site without our written permission;
- submit false, misleading or offensive information through our forms.
We may suspend access to the site at any time, for example for maintenance or security.
3. Intellectual property
The site's content — text, design, graphics, logos, case studies and code — is owned by VulcanTech or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. Client names and logos are shown with permission and remain the property of their owners. You may not copy, reproduce or republish site content except as allowed by law or with our written permission.
4. Information on the site
Content on the site (including articles, case studies and estimates) is for general information. It is not professional, legal or financial advice, and it does not form an offer or a contract. Project timelines and costs are only binding once agreed in a signed proposal or statement of work.
We work to keep information accurate and current, but we don't guarantee that the site will be error-free or always available.
5. Enquiries and proposals
Submitting a form or booking a discovery session does not create a contract. Any proposal we send is valid for the period stated in it and becomes binding only when signed by both parties.
6. Links to other sites
The site may link to third-party websites. We aren't responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site — including loss of profit, data or business opportunity. The site is provided free of charge "as is".
8. Privacy
How we handle personal information is described in our privacy policy.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you use the site applies.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers resident elsewhere in the UK may bring proceedings in their local courts.
