The role
Responsibilities
- Own product flows from problem definition and research through to detailed interface design
- Maintain and extend design systems in Figma, with clear documentation for engineers
- Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure delivered interfaces match design intent
- Present design rationale to clients and incorporate feedback with clarity
- Apply accessibility standards and usability testing throughout the design process
What you'll bring
- A portfolio demonstrating shipped digital products and the reasoning behind them
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, variables and auto layout
- Experience building or maintaining a design system at scale
- Working knowledge of accessibility standards such as WCAG
- Confidence presenting work to clients and senior stakeholders
- An understanding of how interfaces are built for web and mobile
